Although Aries Spas are built with the most stringent quality control and the best parts available, service is sometimes necessary. We are known for our service. Aries has its own fleet of highly trained, well equipped professionals who service the Dallas / Ft. Worth metroplex (Sorry, we only service Aries Spas). And for the do-it-yourselfers, we carry a complete line of parts and components for your Aries Spa.

Unlike many of our competitors, Aries' policy is to use standard-sized parts and name-brand components in our products. This way, you can purchase your repair parts from us, or from your local hardware or parts outlet. We believe that choice should be left to you.

If you would like to arrange for service, please call us at 972-771-6286. Your service is very important to us, and phone contact will help us to get your repair done in a timely fashion. It will be helpful if you have the following information when you call:
The name the spa was purchased under, address, phone, approximate date and place of purchase of your Aries Spa (sorry, we only service Aries brands) and the problem you are having. We will arrange a convenient date and time, or help you troubleshoot by phone.
